Served in key management positions including Accountable Manager for Cyprus Airways and provides operations and training consultancy with 15,000+ flight hours in jets. Currently active as a Base Trainer for a major European carrier and standardization instructor. Specializes in startup airlines, having led Training Department setups for 2 carriers. As Senior Examiner, ensures our Type Rating programs meet strict EASA standards (Part-ORA/Part-FCL).

Head of Training

Directs our A320/A330 Type Rating programs, having trained hundreds of pilots and instructors for global airlines. Specializes in EBT implementation with 15+ years experience developing training programs for airlines with emphasis on Competency Based Training systems. As active TRI/TRE for A320/330/340, ensures our courses exceed EASA Part-FCL requirements.

Nikolas Petrou

Manager Safety & Compliance

Leads our IOSA audit preparation services, bringing extensive expertise with over 100 successful IOSA audits conducted across five continents. He holds an MSc in Air Transport Management from City University, London, and is a current IOSA RBI Lead Auditor, IEnvA Lead Assessor and IATA instructor. Additionally, he is accredited as an ACC3/RA3/KC3 AVSEC Validator by the European Commission. With more than 30 years of experience in the aviation industry, he has served as an IOSA Lead Auditor and Evaluator for ACS and Qualiaudit, as well as Director of Ground Operations (NPGO) and Security for various European airlines. His career also includes involvement as a nominated person in five AOC startups.

Adjunct Professor at Emirates Aviation University publishing 15+ peer-reviewed papers on aviation safety. His legal expertise strengthens IOSA audit preparation with proactive compliance strategies.
